I bought these a couple of years ago for my Rubies Supreme. They are flexible and easy to cut with a good set of scissors. I didn't cut them according to the template but rather used a dremel to cut out the mask from behind the lens holes and fitted them from the rear. I used hot glue to hold them in place. It has a much netter appearance and you gain some visibility.
I am a member of the 501st and have trooped many events. The lenses are clear and work great. But you may want to consider two extra modifications. I added a second set of dark lenses inside the mask to eliminate redeye in pictures (I used an old set of Oakley Blades). Although it is extremely dark now. I also added a small fan from a laptop inside the mask at the bridge of the nose to maintain airflow behind the lenses to prevent them from fogging up. I would also recommend 1 or 2 large (as large as possible) fans to keep you cool. 5v computer laptop fans work great and will run well on 2 AA batteries.
