For any items returned within 30 days of purchase, we offer a full credit towards another purchase. If a refund is desired in full, a 25% restocking fee applies. For footwear, there is a 30% restocking fee. All footwear must be in original new condition (never been worn) to qualify.
2. How long before my order ships?
Typically most orders ship within a few days. If we are out of an item or it is on backorder, you will be notified via email or telephone.

Yes, we ship worldwide!
4. Can I insure my package?
Yes you can- you can select insurance options during checkout in the same area where you choose your shipping method.
5. Why is international shipping expensive?
We have no control over the USPS, UPS or FedEx. Our most common shipping method, USPS has increased their prices over the last 2 years at a staggering rate that in some areas has been close to a 40% increase!
